In this role, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our digital voice—driving engagement and ensuring our presence across key platforms reflects both our brand identity and business goals. With a hands-on approach, you'll lead daily activations, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and play a central role in bringing GANT’s brand story to life online.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of GANT’s global social media accounts (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram)
Support the implementation of long-term and ad-hoc social strategies together with the team
Plan and execute campaigns in close collaboration with the wider marketing team
Ensure alignment with other digital channels and lead cross-functional initiatives
Analyze and optimize content, and deliver regular performance reporting
Contribute to content planning with a strong focus on video formats, especially TikTok
Establish and share best practices within social media, both internally and externally
Profil
At least 3 years of experience in social media, either in-house or at an agency
Proven track record managing social media platforms
Proficient in social media tools for scheduling, posting, and analytics (e.g. Dash Social, Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
Strong content creation skills, especially video and TikTok; fashion industry experience is a plus
Up-to-date with social media trends, with knowledge of Asian platforms and influencer marketing seen as an advantage
Fluent in English and recognized for being detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative
