As Head of Global Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of our global marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. You will report directly to the Global Marketing Director and act as a strategic partner to regional and cross-functional teams. Your mission is to drive brand growth, innovation, and consistency across all touchpoints—from digital campaigns and media to PR, events, and brand activations. You will oversee a high-performing global marketing team and take full ownership of marketing performance and brand relevance in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a cohesive global marketing strategy aligned with GANT’s business goals
Lead brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all global channels and markets
Oversee the execution of omnichannel marketing initiatives including PR, media, social media, influencer partnerships, events, and brand activations
Collaborate closely with regional marketing, communications, commercial and brand teams to ensure local relevance and global consistency
Guide and manage the global marketing team, ensuring effective campaign execution and performance tracking
Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform and optimize marketing efforts
Allocate and manage the global marketing budget for maximum impact and efficiency
Ensure all marketing activities are compliant with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Profile
10+ years of experience in global marketing leadership, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industry
Deep understanding of brand management, digital marketing, and evolving consumer behavior
Proven success in developing and executing global marketing campaigns that drive brand growth
Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
Experience in managing cross-functional and multicultural teams
A collaborative mindset and strong ability to build relationships across the organization
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
