About the role
As a Content Production Specialist for GANT Academy, you will be responsible for developing and producing all content to ensure it is relevant, engaging, and aligned with our commercial calendar and the needs of our retail organization. You will set the seasonal global training content plan and act as project lead for the planning and execution of productions, including both film content and digital training.
You will play a key role in maintaining high-quality, inspirational, and sales- and service-focused content to ensure our retail staff are continuously developing their skills and product knowledge. You will also be involved in shaping the long-term strategic plan for GANT Academy’s structure and platform development.
This role is based in Stockholm and offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with multiple departments and external partners to bring the GANT Academy vision to life.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and produce GANT Academy content aligned with the commercial calendar and retail needs
Set and manage the seasonal global training content plan
Lead the full production process for film and digital training content
Align with local teams to secure a succesful implementation.
Sometimes, lead implementation of global initiatives – host workshops, arrange webinars and oversee in-store trainings.
Ensure high-quality, relevant, and inspirational sales, service, and product knowledge content
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and regional retail teams
Act as the main contact for external content production partners
Support strategic planning and resource allocation for GANT Academy platform development
Profile
University degree, preferably in communication, marketing, or business development
1–3 years of relevant work experience, ideally including digital and moving content production
Strong communication, visual, and creative skills with a structured mindset
Fluent in English and Swedish; additional languages are a plus
Good understanding of learning and development content
Experience from in-store fashion or retail is an advantage
