About the role

Bring structure, insight, and clarity to creativity. Join Gant and take a leading role in shaping commercially strong collections with global impact.

As one of our Collection Planners, you will be instrumental in driving the success and structure of our seasonal collections. Based at our Stockholm HQ, you will take full ownership of your category – either Men’s, Women’s, Home, or Outlet – and be responsible for leading your process from start to finish.

This role suits someone who is analytical, structured, and confident in turning data into clear, actionable plans. You thrive on collaboration, communication, and making complex information understandable to different stakeholders. With a strong commercial mindset and attention to detail, you ensure our collections are both strategically sound and commercially successful. You are also genuinely comfortable with change – thriving in a dynamic environment where flexibility, agility, and acting on late decisions are part of everyday life.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive, data-driven collection plans aligned with brand and financial goals.

  • Partner with Head of product and cross-functional teams to create pre-season strategies optimizing price points, margins, and volume drivers.

  • Analyze market trends and performance data to identify the optimal product mix, offer, and seasonal flow.

  • Lead and coordinate the end-to-end collection planning process across Design, Development, Merchandising, and Operations.

  • Prepare and present seasonal analyses (sell-in/sell-out, productivity, pricing) to support business decisions.

  • Review and act on market feedback in collaboration with relevant stakeholder and Directors.

  • Ensure clear communication and alignment across teams, driving clarity and timely adjustments when needed.

Profile

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in planning, merchandising, controlling, or buying.

  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Management, Buying, or equivalent.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to translate insights into commercial actions.

  • Skilled at driving your own process and working independently while maintaining collaboration.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clarify data and plans effectively.

  • Proficient in systems and administration, with attention to accuracy and structure.

  • Commercially driven, with a sense for fashion relevance, timing, and customer needs.
