At Gant Footwear, we combine the heritage of an iconic brand with the agility and momentum of a start-up. We are now looking for a Logistics Specialist to support the setup of our logistics systems and processes, and to later transition into a logistics planning and operations role that ensures a smooth, efficient, and premium experience for our customers, internal stakeholders, and suppliers. 

In this role, you will be actively involved in designing, building, and implementing logistics processes and systems from the ground up. As the business matures, you will continuously refine and improve these setups based on operational insights and evolving business needs. The scope includes managing logistics flows such as express sample shipments between suppliers, customers, and sales partners, as well as sea freight container flows to our warehouse, where you will play a key role throughout the end-to-end process. You will ensure efficient and timely inbound operations, while also taking responsibility for inventory accuracy and ongoing maintenance. 

With a structured, service-minded, and solution-oriented approach, you will help drive operational efficiency, ensure reliable and accurate processes, and enable seamless collaboration across internal teams and external logistics partners. 

• 5+ years of experience in logistics planning or operations.  

• Experience from inbound transport flows and inventory maintenance.  

• Experience from working with external logistics service providers. 

• Familiar with ERP (SAP is an advantage) and supply chain systems 

• Experience from express and courier shipments is an advantage. 

• Experience from system testing or systems rollouts is an advantage. 

• Strong communication and collaboration skills. 

• Service-minded, organized, and attentive to detail. 

• Strong drive to continuously improve way of working. 

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
