Do you want to drive change within Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics and Operations? Gant offers an excellent opportunity to join our Global Operations team based in Stockholm. 

You will work in a fast-developing, international environment driven by innovation, collaboration and authenticity. As a Global Operations Project Manager, you will play a central role in leading transformation and development initiatives across global operations. 


Responsibilities 

As Global Operations Project Manager, you will lead and drive global development and transformation projects within operations. Your main responsibilities include: 

  • Lead global operations development and change projects, including planning, coordination, and structuring. 

  • Conduct pre-studies and build business cases, covering network analyses, supplier evaluations, and process improvements. 

  • Define, develop, and document operational processes. 

  • Drive initiatives in reporting and system development. 

  • Lead and participate in global operations tendering processes. 

  • Analyze product flows and supply chain processes to optimize performance. 

  • Support managers and decision-makers with analyses, reports, and presentations. 

 

These initiatives aim to drive cost and service level improvements while reducing tied-up capital across Gant’s global operations. 

Profile

We are looking for a structured and analytical project leader with a strong drive to deliver results.  

To succeed in this role, you bring: 

  • Strong project leadership capabilities combined with analytical skills to enable fact-based decision-making 

  • Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning and S&OP processes 

  • A Master’s degree in Engineering and/or Economics, preferably with a focus on Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Planning 

  • At least 3–5 years of experience within Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations or management consulting, including change project experience 

  • Experience from consumer goods and/or the fashion industry is a strong advantage 

  • Excellent skills in MS Excel and the ability to prepare high-quality material for management and steering committee level 

As a person, you are open-minded, proactive and solution-oriented, with strong social skills and a structured mindset. You are comfortable coordinating large, cross-functional groups and managing complex projects, and you are willing to go the extra mile to achieve results.
