About the role

- Advise and support managers on all people-related and employment law matters within the D-A-CH Region.
- Coach leaders and support employee conversations, performance management, and change initiatives.
- Manage the recruitment process for specialist and leadership positions.
- Prepare and administer employment contracts, contract amendments, reference letters, and other HR documentation.
- Maintain employee master data and ensure accurate and compliant HR administration.
- Coordinate and prepare monthly payroll data in close collaboration with the payroll function.
- Monitor personnel costs and prepare relevant HR metrics, reports, and analyses.
- Provide support across a broad range of HR topics, initiatives, and people-related projects.
Profile
- Completed studies or comparable “Ausbildung”
- min of 2 years Experience in the HR sector, desirably also in supporting Belgium and/or Netherlands
- Courage to try new things and enjoy constant change
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- A structured and organized approach to work
- Fluency in English and German
- Occasional travel within your region
