About the team
We are looking for a passionate and motivated intern to join our Global Media, PR & Communications team for 4-5 months. As an intern, you will work closely with our Global PR Manager to execute top-tier PR strategies across local markets. You’ll also support our Social Media Manager with the organic social media strategy, including scheduling posts and contributing to our publication calendar. Additionally, you’ll assist our Internal Communications Manager in developing internal communication strategies and creating content for our internal channels.
Responsibilities
Collaborate on updating and generating press and social media coverage reports.
Support sample stock management and digital pressroom updates.
Assist in managing and scheduling organic social media posts across platforms.
Help plan and execute TikTok video shoots and content ideas.
Provide support for digital and live events setup and execution.
Contribute to content development and intranet management in line with internal communication strategies.
Profiel
You are preferably at the end of your studies in PR, Communication, Social Media, or Marketing.
You are social, communicative, and proactive.
You are solution-oriented and hands-on with tasks.
You have excellent writing skills and strong organizational capabilities.
You are a positive team player with a can-do attitude.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Ability to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency with tools like SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook is preferred, as well as Adobe Software.
