The Marketing Manager UK & Ireland is responsible for developing and executing localised marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales within their designated region. This role requires a deep understanding of regional market trends, consumer behaviour, and retail dynamics to ensure that global marketing initiatives are effectively adapted for local audiences.

  • Develop and execute regional trade marketing plans that align with global brand strategies and local market needs.
  • Manage trade marketing initiatives, working closely with retail teams and wholesale partners to maximize brand presence.
  • Coordinate regional campaigns, including event sponsorships, activations, and in-store promotions.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the global marketing team and local retail and wholesale partners to ensure alignment on brand positioning and messaging.
  • Analyze regional sales performance and consumer insights to refine marketing strategies and improve ROI.
  • Manage regional marketing budgets.
  • Partner with e-commerce teams to optimize digital marketing strategies, ensuring a strong online presence and conversion rates in regional markets.
  • Assist PR, media, and influencer marketing teams to build brand awareness and engagement in the region.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities and potential threats within the region.

  • Implements regional marketing strategies tailored to local consumer behavior and market dynamics.
  • Execute regional trade marketing initiatives, retail activations, and brand campaigns in collaboration with global teams.
  • Manages marketing budgets for the region, ensuring optimal allocation for brand growth and sales impact.
  • Oversees key retail and wholesale partnerships, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with global guidelines.
  • Analyzes market performance, consumer insights, and competitor activities to refine regional marketing strategies.

Profiel

  • 5+ years of experience in regional or trade marketing, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industry.
  • Strong understanding of retail dynamics, trade marketing, and wholesale partnerships.
  • Experience managing marketing activations, events, and digital campaigns at a regional level.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and campaign performance.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Fluency in the primary language(s) of the assigned region.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to oversee regional activations and partner engagements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
