Uppdrag

The Online Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in building brand awareness while securing more than half of the traffic to GANT's digital flagship. Based at Stockholm HQ, this role leads the global team responsible for digital paid media across all channels, as well as Performance Marketing and Search.

Reporting directly to the Global Head of Online Marketing and Loyalty, the Online Marketing Manager will work closely with E-commerce and Brand leadership, as well as Regional Managers.

  • Manage and develop a team of social media and performance marketing specialists, while overseeing the global digital paid marketing budget to drive brand demand and grow new and existing customers
  • Partner with Brand and GTM teams to maximize campaign reach and interest, and collaborate with HQ and regional stakeholders on budget allocation, strategy, and performance to optimize full-funnel opportunities
  • Develop and execute agile digital marketing strategies and activation plans, ensuring activities support KPIs such as NCA, revenue, ROAS/CoS, CAC, traffic, and brand awareness
  • Set up, optimize, and manage campaigns using platform-based and third-party tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, and Smartly, while enhancing execution through marketing technologies such as feed management, audience syndication, tracking, and visualization
  • Collaborate on the conceptualization of creatives and content for social media marketing channels, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and performance metrics
  • Use attribution modeling, data insights, and customer behavior analysis to optimize the consumer journey, boost conversion rates, maximize ROI, and identify new growth strategies to test, optimize, and scale

Profil

  • BSc/BA or MSc/MA in a business or marketing-related field
  • 5–6 years of experience managing paid social and search channels, with expertise in Meta and Google, and familiarity with TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube, and Affiliates
  • Proven experience in managing bought media directly, with strong B2B experience
  • Strong leadership skills, with a track record of developing teams, setting goals, and driving results
  • A forward-thinking strategist with a comprehensive brand mindset, adept at leveraging a test-and-learn approach while staying at the forefront of evolving digital marketing trends.
  • Proactive, accountable, with a structured and clear path approach, and fluent in English
