We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Global Merchandiser to join our dynamic Global Retail Team. As part of our Global Retail Team, you’ll take on a key role in shaping our global product offering across both direct-to-consumer channels (retail and e-commerce) and wholesale accounts. This role sits within our merchandising function, where you will collaborate closely with specialists in visual merchandising, training, operations, brand experience, and analytics. You will be instrumental in aligning commercial strategies with brand expression — ensuring a consistent and impactful consumer experience globally.
Key Responsibilities
Develop seasonal merchandise assortments, ensuring alignment with financial goals and product line strategies.
Collaborate with regional teams to tailor assortments to meet commercial needs and local market insights.
Analyze weekly performance data, track KPIs, and make informed decisions to optimize global sales.
Incorporate seasonal marketing campaigns and key consumer moments into merchandise planning.
Balance brand-driven assortments with volume drivers to maximize profitability and impact.
Lead data-driven assortment planning, ensuring the right mix and option strategies.
Drive cross-functional alignment on in-season trading decisions to optimize revenue, margin, and sell-through.
Profil
Must-have:
3–5 years of experience in retail merchandising, with proven results in both e-com and physical retail.
Background in fashion or lifestyle brands, preferably with DTC and wholesale exposure.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and merchandising systems.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Commercially driven with excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
Nice-to-have:
Experience working with partners or franchises.
High sense of fashion trends and market movements.
Strong understanding of inventory management, margin control, and sales performance metrics.
