About the Role
As Global Logistics Director at GANT, you will be part of the Global Operations Team and report directly to the EVP Global Operations. You will lead both global and regional logistics operations with a clear mission: to deliver premium sustainable products and experiences to our customers and accelerate business growth through operational excellence.
Your responsibilities span across strategic and operational logistics, including transport and warehouse management, supplier and market inbound flows, central and regional distribution centres, and contractual negotiations. You will lead a team of global and regional logistics managers across Europe (including the UK, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal & Sweden), and work closely with our Operations Analytics & Performance team and Sourcing to drive cost efficiency, control, and innovation across all logistics functions.
This is a hybrid strategic-operational leadership role based in Stockholm with regular travel (a few days per month) to our regional logistics locations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop global and regional logistics operations, including inbound and outbound transport, central and regional warehouse performance.
Own logistics budgets, forecasts, and contracts to ensure cost efficiency and long-term scalability.
Set, track, and act on KPIs and SLAs across transport and warehousing.
Drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
Collaborate with supply chain, planning, ecommerce, retail and markets to optimize end-to-end flows.
Lead and coach a high-performing international logistics team.
Partner with Operations Analytics & Performance to strengthen logistics control and data-driven decision-making.
Profil
We believe you are a structured and solution-oriented leader with a strong background in both strategic and operational logistics. You are hands-on, analytical, and thrive in a dynamic international environment.
Proven leadership skills with experience in managing, coaching, and inspiring teams across regions.
Solid background in transport and warehouse operations, logistics budgeting, and contract negotiations.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define and track KPIs and SLAs.
Clear and effective communicator with the ability to explain logistics impacts across the business.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience in ecommerce and retail logistics is a plus.
Additional languages and experience managing teams across multiple European countries are advantageous.
