About the Team

At GANT, sustainability isn’t just a buzzword—it’s a core part of who we are. As part of the Sustainability Team, you’ll be working closely with our Sustainability Business Partner, helping to drive our circularity initiatives. From developing a new Circular Design Handbook to supporting training programs, you’ll play an active role in shaping the future of sustainable practices at GANT. Together, we’re on a mission to implement circular strategies that will set new standards in the fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-create a groundbreaking Circular Design Handbook alongside our Sustainability Business Partner.
• Work closely with our product development and design teams, ensuring circularity is woven into the very fabric of our products.
• Dive deep into research, staying on top of the latest circularity initiatives, sustainability regulations, and industry trends.
• Benchmark GANT’s circular efforts against key competitors, helping us stay ahead of the game.
• Develop training materials to educate our teams and empower them with the knowledge to champion circularity.

To thrive and succeed during your internship, we believe it's important that you:

• Are a Bachelor’s, Master’s or student at a relevant vocational college with a focus on sustainability, apparel design, textile materials, or a related field
• Have an internship period in your program, 3-5 months between February- June 2025
• You’ve got a genuine interest in circularity and want to help design the future of fashion.
• Strong communication and training skills—you enjoy spreading knowledge and motivating others.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Word, or equivalent tools to create polished, professional presentations and documents.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
