About the team

We’re looking for a People & Culture Intern to join our global team, mentored by a Global People Business Partner. In this role, you will play a key part in improving our People platform and potentially setting up a new system to enhance the employee experience.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international environment while making a real impact on how we work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in exploring and potentially setting up a new system to streamline People & Culture processes.
• Support existing HR processes and identify opportunities for automation and digital enhancements.
• Support data management, reporting, and insights to improve decision-making
• Create guides, FAQs, and training materials to support system users
• Learn and support the L&D, Compensation & Payroll and the People Experience team with both project and daily ad hoc task

• A passionate student currently pursuing a degree in HR
• Passionate about HR technology, systems, and digital transformation
• Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with HRIS, data, and digital tools
• Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate in a global organization
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
