Mission
In this role you will be responsible for administrating the samples and controlling the delivery process of the collection.
You will give support to the Wholesale team during the selling period to assist the customers and to make sure that the showroom is always organized and respecting the image of the GANT brand.
Responsibilities
- Reception of samples, control of deliveries and preparation of the collection in the showroom.
- Administrative tasks during the selling period.
- Support to wholesale accounts during the moment of selling.
- Order entry in the system and digital tools.
- Support to the sales team and customer service.
Profil
- Retail knowledge, especially in clothing trade
- High School (mandatory), college preferred
- B2 level of English (mandatory) and Portuguese will be a plus.
- Open minded, authentic, goal oriented, enthusiastic, flexible, proactive, positive mindset, solution-oriented, innovative, strong communication skills.
- Identify with and live the GANT values, the 4C’s
- Excel and PPT knowledge
Please keep in mind that this internship contract will be signed via University agreement - Convenio.
