At Gant Footwear, we combine the heritage of an iconic brand with the agility of a start-up. We’re now looking for a Commercial Intern to join our team as we prepare for our first season. You play a key role in preparing sales system, supporting planning and preparations for the go-to-market event, preparing and organizing meetings with commercial partners. This role is ideal for someone who wants to get a 360° understanding of business-to-business sales from a global perspective. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with teams across product, operations and IT to ensure commercial readiness for the season launch.
Responsibilities- Customer data creation in SAP
- Test orders/data in systems (SAP and Colect + integration)
- Support in getting Colect up and running - product images etc
- Support in coordinating/sending out SS27 start up/training material to partners
- Book and facilitate meetings with commercial partners
- Structure overviews of commercial agreements
- Prepare presentation materials and meeting agendas
- Support in planning and preparations for sell in event with samples and showroom preparations
Profil
- Studying economics, business management, finance, marketing or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proactive approach to learning and new tasks
- Attention to detail
- Solid powerpoint and excel skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, additional languages are a plus
