• Internship requirements: This is an unpaid internship and it is a prerequisite that it is incorporated into an educational program.

As part of the Global Retail Operations team, you will work across markets to help ensure smooth, efficient, and consistent store operations. In this position, you will gain hands‑on experience in global retail operations and development within an international fashion brand. You will work closely with your mentor and gain valuable exposure to how global retail strategies are implemented and executed across markets. 

The Global Retail Operations team supports global rollouts, omni‑channel services, and operational standards, collaborating closely with retail, Customer Service, E-Com, IT, finance, and local market teams. The team plays a key role in turning strategy into practical execution in stores. 

• Support global retail projects, initiatives, and rollouts to Gant’s Global store fleet 

• Assist in developing retail guidelines, playbooks, presentations, and operational materials 

• Coordinate collaboration and information flow between HQ and regional/local retail teams 

• Collect input and updates from local markets to support global initiatives 

• Support data collection, data quality maintenance, basic analysis, and reporting related to retail  

• Assist with meeting preparation, follow‑ups, and action tracking 

• Support analysis and follow‑up on retail initiatives to ensure progress and alignment 

• Ad‑hoc tasks to support ongoing projects and daily operations 

Who You Are

• Currently studying Business, Retail, Operations, Engineering or a related field 

• Interest in retail operations and how global organisations work 

• Structured, detail‑oriented and comfortable working with presentations and data 

• Proactive, hands‑on and willing to take ownership of tasks 

• Strong communication skills and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders 

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
