We are looking for a Stylist to join Gant's Photo Studio in Stockholm. This is a one-year parental leave cover position starting January 11, 2027, offering the opportunity to work with both e-commerce and brand imagery in a creative and collaborative environment. 

As part of Gant's Inhouse Global Brand Photo Studio, you will be responsible for styling all imagery for e-commerce and selected marketing and brand initiatives. Together with photographers, retouchers, producers and creative stakeholders, you will help bring Gant's premium lifestyle identity and American Sportswear heritage to life through inspiring, commercially strong imagery. 

Main Tasks 

• Style model and still life imagery for e-commerce as well as selected marketing and PR initiatives. 

• Prepare garments, create looks and ensure all styling aligns with Gant's visual guidelines, brand identity and commercial goals. 

• Continuously evolve styling in line with Gant's brand aesthetic and creative direction. 

• Ensure visual guidelines are consistently applied across concepts and product categories. 

• Quality control styling of produced imagery prior to post-production. 

• Meet production deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and consistency. 

Team Collaboration 

• Collaborate closely with photographers, retouchers, producers and creative stakeholders throughout the production process. 

• Work cross-functionally with E-commerce, Product & Design and Global Brand teams. 

• Contribute styling expertise, ideas and inspiration to support the ongoing development of Gant's visual expression. 

• Take direction from Brand and E-commerce teams while confidently contributing your own professional styling perspective. 

Operational Responsibilities 

• Prepare photo samples by inventorying collections, steaming garments, styling looks and ensuring everything is ready for production. 

• Work regularly in Workflow, ensuring accurate tracking of products and production samples. 

• Follow studio workflows and production schedules while proactively communicating opportunities, challenges and suggestions for improvement. 

• Maintain an organized and efficient studio environment, including wardrobe, model studio and still life areas. 

Trend & Market Awareness 

• Research fashion trends, competitor activity and emerging styling approaches to continuously evolve studio output. 

• Proactively identify new opportunities, test ideas and contribute inspiration that supports Gant's brand vision. 

To thrive and be successful in this role, we believe you have:

• 3+ years of professional styling experience working with both model and still life photography, preferably within an e-commerce environment. 

• Strong understanding of fashion, styling and the preppy lifestyle aesthetic, with the ability to translate Gant's brand DNA into compelling visual storytelling. 

• Excellent eye for composition, styling and detail, combined with a strong commitment to quality. 

• Proven ability to adapt styling to different briefs, concepts and business needs. 

• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset. 

• Professional and confident, with the ability to build positive working relationships and create a collaborative atmosphere on set. 

• Fluent in English and comfortable working with Microsoft Teams, Excel and other digital tools. 

Portfolio 

A strong portfolio showcasing styling for both model photography and still life/flat lay productions must be included in your application. 

Bonus Points 

• Experience working with premium fashion or lifestyle brands. 

• Experience styling high-volume e-commerce productions while maintaining consistency and quality. 

• Experience working with digital production or workflow management systems. 

• Education within fashion, styling, visual communication or a related field.
