Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Stockholm. In this role, you will be the face of Gant to our customers, delivering exceptional service across multiple channels and ensuring every interaction reflects our brand values. 

For this role, French is the primary language requirement, while German is highly desirable as a second priority. As an international company, all employees at Gant are required to communicate professionally in English. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Deliver exceptional customer service via email, chat, phone, review platforms, and other digital channels. 

• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining Gant's tone of voice and service standards. 

• Identify customer trends, escalate recurring issues, and share insights with relevant internal teams. 

• Develop a strong understanding of Gant's products, collections, and campaigns to provide expert support and recommendations. 

• Contribute to customer-facing content, including translations and updates to FAQs and support pages. 

• Identify, reproduce, and report technical issues and bugs to relevant teams. 

• Stay up to date with customer service best practices, communication trends, and brand initiatives. 

• Fluent in French (required); professional proficiency in German is highly preferred. 

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. 

• Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or another customer-facing role. 

• Experience working with a case management or ticketing system is an advantage. 

• Passionate about helping customers and creating outstanding customer experiences. 

• A fast learner who thrives in a dynamic environment, can manage multiple priorities, and works well independently as well as part of a team. 

• Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented with strong organizational skills and a "can-do" attitude. 

• Able to work from the Stockholm office at least three days per week, as required for this role.
