This interim position, based at our HQ in Stockholm, runs through February 2026 and offers the opportunity to work at the heart of a dynamic, international brand. 

  

About the role We are now looking for a Global Media Manager for an interim assignment until approximately February 2026. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing GANT’s global media strategy across all paid online and offline media channels. You will ensure strategic alignment between brand objectives and media investments, working closely with the Online Marketing team for digital execution and managing offline media buying and media partnerships in-house. This is a key position in enhancing marketing efficiency and brand visibility through smart, data-driven media choices. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute GANT’s global media strategy across paid digital and offline channels, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives. 

  • Define and continuously refine strategic media target groups to optimize campaign relevance and reach. 

  • Manage offline media buying (print, OOH) and negotiate global media partnerships to maximize ROI and brand visibility. 

  • Collaborate closely with the Online Marketing team and external media agencies to ensure seamless and high-quality campaign execution. 

  • Analyze media performance data and provide insights to optimize strategies, campaign efficiency, and budget allocation. 

  • Deliver media input for creative briefs and guide execution to ensure impactful, on-brand communication across channels. 

  • Act as GANT’s internal media expert—advising stakeholders, ensuring compliance, and staying ahead of media trends and best practices. 

 

Profil

  • At least 8 years of experience in media strategy and execution, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods industries. 

  • In-depth knowledge of both paid digital media and traditional offline media buying. 

  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, global media campaigns and high-level media partnerships. 

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn performance data into actionable insights. 

  • Skilled negotiator with experience collaborating with media agencies and vendors. 

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, working effectively with creative, e-commerce, and regional teams. 

  • Proficient in media measurement tools, attribution modeling, and audience targeting techniques. 

  • Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to lead multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
