Drive the Omni Channel execution and promote a holistic Customer Journey approach across all channels.
Build and develop senior leadership teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Act as a key member of the regional leadership team, influencing decisions that matter.
Being a Brand Ambassador and represent the GANT values in every aspect of retail operations, from customer experience to visual standards.
Coordinate closely with global retail and DTC team, MF Brands real estate partners, center managements and cross-functional teams to drive consistency and operational excellence across the region
Profil
10+ years of senior retail leadership experience, ideally in international fashion.
Proven success in driving business growth across multiple markets.
Strong strategic mindset with hands-on operational expertise.
Fluent in English and proficient in German.
A leadership style that is authentic, goal-oriented, and inspiring, with the ability to lead senior leaders.
High Willingness to travel within Europe
