DEINE LERNINHALTE & AUFGABEN
- First und Second-Level Support Soft- und Hardware in unserer Zentrale und für den Retail
- System-Administration im Windows-Netzwerk
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Programmen
- Hard- und Softwareinstallation an PCs und mobilen Geräten sowie Drucker
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von IT-Projekten
- Mitgestaltung & Optimierung von IT-Prozessen
- Pflege der IT-Dokumentation
