As part of GANT’s Global Partner Markets & Licensing Team, you will support all our partners and licensees worldwide, as well as the entire Partner Markets & Licensing team. You will work independently and cross-functionally to coordinate and handle matters related to partner markets business, sales, and licensing development.
In this role, you will contribute to driving business development across all sales channels while positioning GANT as a premium brand and supporting the execution of our global strategic plan. You will communicate directly with international partners on a daily basis, ensuring they have the support needed for smooth operations and successful collaboration.
Responsibilities
Coordinate sales and operational tasks for partners and licensees.
Conduct analyses to support decision-making and identify new market opportunities.
Prepare for, participate in, and follow up on business review meetings.
Support partners with shop openings, trainings, guidelines, and local execution.
Create and manage presentations, reports, and other commercial documents.
Organize partner events, meetings, and quarterly sales conferences.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product, logistics) to support partners.
Manage specific projects and coordinate actions to drive partner growth.
Profile
University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Experience in service-oriented or consumer-focused industries (retail, hospitality, etc.).
Strong presentation skills and confident with PowerPoint.
Solution-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
Analytical and able to understand markets and partner business contexts.
Excellent communication skills and cross-cultural awareness.
Ambitious, adaptable, and ready to take ownership in a dynamic environment.
