About the role
Als Teil des Retail Operations Teams unterstützt du gemeinsam mit deinem Team am Standort Holzwickede unsere Retail-Standorte der Central Region. Du bist erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Teams und arbeitest an spannenden Projekten und Prozessen mit.
- Ansprechpartner für unsere Retail-Standorte für alle operativen Prozesse
- Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung verschiedener Retail-Projekte, wie Inventuren oder Neueröffnungen
- Erstellung von Präsentationen und Aufbereitung der Kennzahlen
- Korrespondenz mit Dienstleistern, sowie die entsprechende Rechnungsprüfung
- Organisatorische Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft
Profile
- Du besitzt eine kaufmännische Ausbildung und erste praktische Erfahrung im administrativen Bereich
- Du wendest Excel sicher an und erstellst professionelle Power Points
- Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent und hast Freude im Austausch mit Menschen und planst zudem gerne die ein oder andere Veranstaltung
- Du beherrscht auch in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf und kannst dich selbst gut organisieren und strukturieren
- Du sprichst gutes Englisch
- Du bist modeaffin und kannst dich mit der Marke GANT identifizieren
