As a Digital Analyst at Gant, you will be a key player in shaping our data-driven future. In this role, you’ll turn complex data into clear insights that help us make smarter decisions across marketing, sales, and customer experience. Collaborating with teams across the business, you’ll uncover patterns, optimize performance, and drive initiatives that bring measurable impact — all while contributing to Gants continued growth as a global lifestyle brand. Please note that this is a temporary one-year contract based in Stockholm.
In this role, you’ll handle large data flows, build and maintain dashboards, and deliver analyses that make a real impact — often under tight deadlines. Your analytical mindset and insights will help shape our acquisition, marketing and customer loyalty strategies and have an impact on our DTC business.
Responsibilities
- Perform fast, accurate analyses of customer behavior, acquisition channels, and sales performance. 
- Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports used across global teams and regions. 
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including DTC management and regional teams. 
- Manage and interpret large datasets to drive customer and business understanding. 
- Support strategic initiatives through advanced analytics and visualization. 
Profile
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in web analytics or customer analytics, preferably within fashion or retail (a strong advantage, but not a requirement). Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g. statistics, economics, or similar). 
- Proven ability to analyze and deliver insights quickly in a fast-paced environment. 
- Advanced skills in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and ContentSquare – you know how to translate data into meaningful stories. 
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and BI tools such as Qlik, Power BI or Looker Studio, with the ability to create clear, actionable dashboards. 
- Solid technical foundation in SQL, BigQuery, GCP, Python, R, and Excel. Experience with Salesforce is a plus. 
- A structured and collaborative team player with excellent communication skills, fluent in English, both written and spoken.
