About the role

At Gant Footwear, we combine the heritage of an iconic brand with the agility of a start-up. We’re now looking for a Customer Operations Coordinator to support our global customer and logistics operations and ensure a smooth, premium experience for our customers, sales partners, logistics suppliers and internal stakeholders.

In this hands-on role, you’ll handle daily operational tasks across sales order management, customer service, system support and logistics. With a structured, service-minded, and solution-oriented approach, you’ll help ensure efficient operations, accurate processes, and seamless collaboration between sales, logistics, and customer service.


Responsibilities

System & Project Support       

  • Coordinate Colect user support and basic training for agents and sales representatives.      
  • Handle first-line Colect technical and operational inquiries.

Customer Operations & Order Management       

  • Support the SMS order and return flow.     
  • Support partners and customers with B2B portal order management and assets navigation. 
  • Handle daily customer service and internal inquiries with a focus on quality and efficiency incl. order change, invoices inquire, delivery updates.       
  • Process and follow up on customer orders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.  
  • New customer data collection and onboarding support. 
  • Manage customer claims and returns in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Continuous Support & Improvement    

  • Contribute to process improvements within customer service, order management and logistics operations.     
  • Collaborate cross-functional with Sales, Logistics, Finance and IT to ensure smooth operational flow.

Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, sales operations, or wholesale order management. 

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. German, Polish or French is a plus. 

  • Experience from wholesale operations or customer order handling in an international setting. 

  • Familiar with ERP systems (SAP is a plus) and B2B sales portals (Colect.io is a plus) is strongly preferred  

  • Experience from system testing or system rollouts is an advantage. 

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills. 

  • Service-minded, organized, and attentive to detail. 

  • Tech-savvy and curious, with a proactive approach to learning new systems.
