About the team
As part of the Sample Logistics Team, you will be the driving force behind the coordination of various milestones within our in-house projects. You’ll work closely with the Sample Logistics Coordinator, Sample Logistics Specialist, and Head of Sample Logistics, where your mentor will guide you every step of the way. Together, we’ll ensure that our seasonal collections come to life seamlessly and effectively!
Responsibilities
- Co-lead sample coordination for exciting external and in-house projects alongside the Brand Team, Studio Team, Product & Design team, and Retail Team. This collaboration will give you a well-rounded understanding of how different roles contribute to GANT’s overall success.
- Learn our GANT Sample Manager system to deliver, track, and coordinate our sample collections for a range of projects
- Assist with unpacking and coordinating seasonal samples while structuring our sample archive for easy access and organization
- Support the Sample Logistics Specialist with color projects for the Design Team, contributing to the visual impact of our collections
- Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes to make workflows more efficient and effective
- Help manage the showroom calendar and act as the point of contact for ongoing projects, supporting project flow across teams

Who You Are
To thrive and succeed during your internship, we believe it's important that you:
Are in the final stages of your education and have a scheduled internship period of between 4-5 months between August – December 2026
Are a positive, communicative, and proactive team player who’s not afraid to share suggestions and ideas.
A multitasker who is solution-oriented with organizational skills
Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
Fluent in both written and spoken Swedish and English
Familiarity with Excel and Microsoft programs is preferred but not required
