About the role

BASIC FUNCTION

This role will translate information into business insights. It will provide regional and local management with business insights. It will collect information, compile it and aggregate to insightful presentations. The South Business Controller deliver business analysis and reporting to group in line with global guidelines. 

OVERALL TASKS

●        Perform and share sales analyses by product, category, channel and market

●        Perform and share margin analysis

●        Prepare and distribute cost follow up reports to all cost center owners

●        Analyze working capital development, optimal levels and drive control and optimization

●        Execute forecast and budget processes

●        Work closely with the regional and local management to interpret information, fins opportunities and identify risks

●        Build financial business understanding in the organization

●        Prepare and submit group reporting on time and in line with group instructions

●        Prepare financial performance presentations for regional and local management

●        Partner with wholesale, retail and e-com management to do consumer analysis and build consumer understanding

Profile

●        Knowledge requirements - Business Control, Finance Business Processes. Accounting,Stakeholder management. Tax, VAT, GAAP is meriting

●        Educational level - University degree or equivalent

●        Past experience - 2-5 years preferably in international environment. Retail experience meriting

●        System skills – Excel, PPT, Experience from SAP meriting

●        Language skills - English, additional languages meriting
