About the team

We are looking for a passionate, driven, and curious intern to join our Global Marketing team, where you will work closely with our Global Marketing Coordinator who will also be your mentor. You will assist in planning, execution, and follow-up of our global brand activations, which requires the intern to work cross-functionally at the headquarters in Stockholm. You will also assist in various other tasks within the Global PR team, Global Social Media team and the wider Global Marketing Department. 

Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and executing global marketing campaigns
  • Assist in preparing and coordinating delivery of seasonal marketing assets, including campaign materials, lookbooks, press releases, gifting materials, and branded content
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in premium fashion within marketing, PR, social media, media and influencer marketing.
  • Analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.Support event planning, project management, and administrative tasks related to marketing.
  • Support in preparing presentations, internal reports, campaign recaps, and marketing materials for cross-functional teams and meetings.
  • Support the end-to-end management of seasonal samples and global seeding initiatives, including showroom coordination, sample allocation, parcel preparation, shipping logistics, tracking, and collaboration with regional PR agencies and external partners.
  • Assist the Global Marketing team with ad-hoc requests, special projects, and seasonal initiatives to ensure smooth execution across departments.

Profile

  • You are nearing the completion of your studies in Marketing, Communication, Business, Fashion Management, or a related field.
  • You have a strong interest in fashion, lifestyle brands, and marketing.
  • You are a team player, comfortable working cross-functionally with different teams.
  • You are proactive, self-motivated, and have a positive, can-do attitude.
  • You are detail-oriented, structured, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • You are creative and communicative, able to present ideas and tasks clearly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign) or Canva is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Previous internship or extracurricular experience in fashion, marketing, communications, events, retail, or digital marketing is a plus.
