We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator Nordics to join our Nordic Logistics team at Gant’s headquarters in Stockholm. In this junior role, you will support logistics operations across e-commerce, own retail stores, and PR activities. You will work closely with PR, Merchandising, Finance, Global Logistics, and external partners, including freight forwarders and our Third-Party Logistics provider. 

This is a temporary position for approximately one year, covering a maternity leave. 

Responsibilities 

• Coordinate orders and share information with the Third-Party Logistics Provider (TPL) 

• Manage and monitor inbound and outbound delivery processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness 

• Collaborate with internal teams to secure punctual and complete deliveries 

• Proactively address and resolve logistics-related challenges 

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency 

• Maintain a high level of service when handling logistics inquiries, both externally and internally 

• Perform administrative tasks such as invoice handling, stock adjustments, and reconciliations 

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Administration, or Management, or equivalent practical experience 

• Experience within logistics or the fashion industry is considered an advantage 

• Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken 

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel 

• Service-minded with the ability to build strong working relationships 

• Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities 

• Positive, solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on and collaborative approach 

This position offers a hybrid work setup, three days in the office and two days remote and includes occasional domestic business trips.
