As our Global Influencer & Talent Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing GANT’s global influencer and talent marketing strategy. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with influencers, ambassadors, celebrities, and other key opinion leaders (KOLs) to increase brand visibility, engagement, and cultural relevance. Working cross-functionally with PR, Social Media, Creative, and Regional teams, you will drive innovative and authentic partnerships that generate strong business impact and reinforce GANT's position as a modern lifestyle brand.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a global influencer and talent marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and cultural relevance.
Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and celebrities across key markets.
Lead influencer activations, including contract negotiations, campaign planning, and performance tracking to ensure strong ROI and brand alignment.
Collaborate cross-functionally with PR, Social Media, Creative, and Regional teams to create impactful, influencer-driven content.
Monitor trends, platforms, and audience behavior to ensure GANT remains at the forefront of influencer and talent marketing.
Oversee budgets, gifting, seeding, and events to deliver cost-effective, high-impact brand exposure.
Develop long-term ambassador programs to foster deeper, ongoing relationships with key talent.
Perfil
- Minimum 7 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or brand partnerships, ideally within the fashion sector.
- Proven track record of executing successful influencer campaigns with measurable impact on brand engagement and sales.
- Strong network of relevant influencers, creators, and industry contacts.
- Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing contracts and long-term partnerships.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and data-driven marketing.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into effective strategies.
