About the role
We are now looking for a Junior Designer to join our Women’s Design Team at Gant HQ in Stockholm. In this role you will contribute to delivering high-quality designs that reflect Gant’s creative vision and brand identity. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a collaborative, dynamic, and design-driven environment.
This is a temporary position, one year contract, based in Stockholm, with possibility to work four days a week in the office and one day working from home.
Responsibilities
Assist in designing and executing the category range according to creative and business direction
Prepare and update tech packs, overviews, and PLM data
Support material, trim, silhouette, and fit selection
Participate in sample checks to ensure quality and production standards are met
Research trends and commercial opportunities within the product category
Ensure product excellence and consistency throughout the design process
Stay organized and meet deadlines according to the critical path
Perfil
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar design role, preferably within woven products
Proficient in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Familiar with PowerPoint, Excel, and preferably PLM systems
Creative and trend-aware with a strong commercial understanding
Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple projects
A flexible and collaborative team player supporting multiple teams
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
