We are hiring a Product Allocation Intern to join our team in Madrid!


Labor

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytically curious Allocation Intern to support our Merchandising and Planning team. This role offers hands-on exposure to how inventory is planned, allocated, and optimized across channels in a fast-paced apparel environment.

You’ll work closely with Allocation, Planning, and Merchandising partners to help ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in allocating apparel inventory across stores based on sales trends and demand
  • Support weekly and daily allocation updates and replenishment activities
  • Analyze sell-through and inventory levels
  • Help prepare allocation reports and dashboards using Excel and internal systems
  • Partner with Merchandising and Planning teams to support seasonal launches and promotions
  • Maintain accurate data in allocation and inventory management tools
  • Participate in post-season and weekly business recaps to understand performance drivers

Perfil

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field
  • Strong interest in apparel, retail, and inventory planning
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
  • Comfortable working with data and learning new systems.
  • B2 / C1 English level 
Preferred Skills

  • Prior internship or coursework in retail, merchandising, planning, or allocation
  • Familiarity with retail KPIs (sell-through, weeks of supply, AUR, etc.)
  • Experience with retail systems or reporting tools
  • Passion for fashion and understanding of consumer trends
