As a key member of our global planning function, you will play an instrumental role in developing forecasting insights, optimizing supply and demand balance, and enhancing our use of Anaplan to support business performance. You will work both strategically and operationally, building longterm forecasts while also handling short term business needs. 

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with global operations, sourcing, production, procurement, and regional teams to ensure we are making the best decisions for inventory, supply planning, and purchasing. Your work will directly influence availability, profitability, and future growth. Please note that this role is based in Stockholm and is a temporary position between 12 and 14 months.  

Key Responsibilities 

You will drive analytical excellence and support endtoend planning processes across supply, demand, inventory, and procurement. Your responsibilities include: 

Planning & Analytics 

• Develop adhoc and recurring analytical reports across inventory, demand, supply, and procurement. 

• Become an inhouse expert for Anaplan dashboards, management, structure, and enhancements. 

• Maximize the use of Anaplan for regular business updates and global reporting. 

• Support the creation of short and longterm forecasts (0-12 months) for sales, stock, and omnichannel demand. 

• Conduct weekly and monthly sales and inventory reporting, highlighting risks and opportunities. 

• Balance global inventory against demand and support exit strategies for various stock scenarios. 

Supply & Inventory Planning 

• Review supply plans regularly and identify risks, opportunities, OTB needs, and optimal stock levels. 

• Collaborate with Inventory and Procurement teams to determine global safety stock levels. 

• Recommend and execute stock movements globally on a rolling basis. 

Procurement 

• Identify issues affecting profitability, growth, and productivity. 

• Work with suppliers to secure required FOB, capacity, and delivery performance. 

• Support the PO process in systems such as Galaxy, U2, and other procurement tools. 

• Partner with Sourcing & Production teams from order placement through OTIF. 

• Support Purchasing Planners in identifying “atrisk” articles for activation.

We think you’ll be successful if you have: 

• A Bachelor's degree. 

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with excellent proficiency in Excel. 

• Solid systems understanding, ideally including experience with Anaplan or similar planning tools. 

• Strong organizational and timemanagement capabilities. 

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. 

• A passion for numbers and a talent for critical thinking under demanding deadlines.
