Gant Footwear is on an exciting growth journey, building a dedicated logistics setup as part of our transformation into a fully integrated footwear organization. We are now looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our Logistics team and play a key role in shaping, implementing, and operating our future logistics flows.
In this role, you will be at the center of our logistics operations, coordinating warehouse and 3PL partners, managing outbound flows and claims, and ensuring seamless collaboration with markets, carriers, and internal stakeholders. During 2026, you will be closely involved in the implementation of our new warehouse setup, before transitioning into a hands-on operational role with focus on premium execution.
This is a unique opportunity to combine project work with daily operations, influence processes from the ground up, and help build scalable logistics solutions that support a growing global footwear business, all within a premium, international brand environment.
Responsibilities
Warehouse/3PL management
Support in WMS integration through active participation in UAT testing.
Prepare and coordinate 3PL warehouse go-live activities.
Responsible for coordinating and planning day to day business and flows in warehouse
Coordinate VAS (Value-Added Services) activities with 3PL partners.
Oversee returns flow and ensure process compliance.
Manage pick-up from markets.
Manage deliveries to end customer
Serve as primary logistics contact point for markets.
Monitor and follow up 3PL warehouse and forwarder KPI and performance
Claims Management & Market Support
Handle logistical claims from markets, suppliers, and freight forwarders.
Perform structured root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Summarize claims data for supplier evaluation and performance follow-up.
Maintain close coordination with internal stakeholders regarding market deliveries and claims.
Participate in internal and external audits.
Sample Logistics & Collection Management
Plan and execute SMS transport planning and outbound transport operations.
Closely follow up SMS transports to markets and communicate updates to relevant partners
Proactively identify and solve potential transport/duty/operational issues to optimize the flow of samples
Manage physical handling of samples for HQ internal use, marketing, PR, wholesale, e-commerce, and studio activities.
Collaborate seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders, such as suppliers, carriers, freight forwarders, 3PL warehouse partners, and other departments, to ensure smooth operations
Process Compliance & Continuous Improvement
Ensure all process descriptions are updated and aligned with operational changes.
Develop scalable, standardized logistics workflows.
Monitor performance KPIs and identify operational bottlenecks.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers, carriers, freight forwarders, and 3PL warehouse partners
Inbound Logistics Management
Support the rest of Logistics team in case of need.
Perfil
3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within footwear or the fashion industry.
Degree within Supply Chain, Logistics, Administration, Management, or other relevant field, or equivalent knowledge gained through experience
Solid knowledge of inbound and outbound transport flows as well as warehouse operations,
Structured and analytical with strong root cause problem-solving capabilities.
Service-minded attitude and strong relationship-building skills
Strong stakeholder management skills across suppliers, markets, and internal functions.
Highly proficient English communication skills - written and verbal
Experience working in system-based logistics environments, combined with a strong interest in digitalization and continuous process improvement.
