Gant Footwear is on an exciting growth journey, building a fully integrated footwear organization with strong capabilities across product creation, systems, and operations. As part of this transformation, we are now looking for a Operations Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring accurate product data and smooth seasonal execution.

In this role, you will be at the center of our product operations, working across PLM, PIM, and ERP systems to manage and maintain product data throughout the lifecycle. You will coordinate seasonal activities, support go-to-market processes, and ensure alignment across multiple departments. During 2026, you will be closely involved in building and refining ways of working, contributing to system implementations and establishing scalable processes that support our growth.

Responsibilities

Product Data Management & Seasonal Operations (PLM/PIM/ERP Systems)

  • Update/maintain & validate assigned master data in PLM, PIM & ERP, ensuring accuracy throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Assist in coordinating seasonal operational activities, including set-up of assortments in PLM/PIM, line lists, and product information handovers, according to the seasonal calendar
  • Track and communicate carry-over (CO) sample data; prepare sample allocations as directed.
  • Monitor key dates in the critical path and flag deviations to the Head of Planning & Supply, follow up on status with stakeholders.
Sample Management (Master data; order placement; coordinating pre-& post GTM)
  • Coordinate marketing and SMS samples: ordering, tracking, unpacking, allocation, and coordination with Brand, PR, and other teams.
  • Arrange shipments between HQ, warehouses, and external locations; track delivery status and escalate delays.
  • Maintain the sample archive by organizing, inventorying, packing down, and archiving past-season samples; prepare items for responsible disposal per guidelines.
  • Support sample-related activities (photo shoots, PR events, influencer loans, product launches) by preparing materials and tracking returns.

Cross-Functional Process Support (GTM planning)

  • Support GTM planning by preparing checklists and status updates to help keep operational readiness on track; align deliverables with Brand, Design, Sourcing, and Commercial teams.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to coordinate information and next steps; escalate issues for decision/resolution when required.
  • Suggest minor process improvements for review and document approved changes; follow defined procedures.

Perfil

Profile

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, Supply Chain, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in product data management, operations, or a similar coordination role within the fashion or retail industry. Experience with PLM/PIM/ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Organizational & Execution Skills: Highly structured and detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Product Data & Systems Expertise: Confident working with product data across PIM and ERP systems, as well as Excel and BI tools, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and smooth cross‑functional alignment.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Strong team player with excellent communication and coordination skills, comfortable collaborating with internal- & external stakeholders
  • Problem‑Solving & Adaptability: Proactive and solution‑oriented, able to anticipate challenges, troubleshoot efficiently, and adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
