About the team

At Gant Footwear, we are building a fully integrated product and operations setup as part of an exciting growth journey. As part of the Product & Operations team, you will play a key role in supporting the development and coordination of our footwear collections.

You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment where Product, Design, Sourcing, and Operations work closely together. The team is responsible for ensuring that our products are developed efficiently, with high quality, and aligned with our premium brand standards.

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in how footwear products move from idea to finished product, while contributing to the structure, accuracy, and flow of product information and samples.

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and management of footwear samples across the product lifecycle
• Organize, track, and ensure smooth sample flow between suppliers and internal teams
• Maintain and update product data in PLM systems, including specifications, materials, and pricing
• Ensure product information is accurate, complete, and up to date across systems and tools
• Assist in coordinating communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding samples and product details
• Support seasonal product operations, including follow-ups, tracking, and administrative tasks
• Contribute to improving ways of working, structure, and data quality within the team
• Provide ad-hoc support to the Product & Operations team

Profile – Who You Are

• Currently studying Business, Fashion Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Highly organized and structured, with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with data, systems, and administrative processes
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Curious about product development and how collections are built
• Proactive, hands-on, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
