Lead production execution across the full critical path from PO acceptance to shipment handover, ensuring on-time bulk delivery. 

Own end-to-end PO management, driving clear supplier communication, milestone alignment, and proactive issue resolution. 

Oversee WIP and system accuracy, ensuring all milestones are set, tracked, and transparently updated. 

Monitor and drive key KPIs including OTIF, critical path adherence, shipment tolerance, and supplier/system compliance. 

Lead risk management through weekly reviews, implementing corrective actions to address delays, capacity, and quality issues. 

Manage exceptions and claims, including late delivery alerts, extension negotiations, penalties, and packing discrepancies. 

Partner cross-functionally with Buying, Planning, QA, and Logistics to resolve production bottlenecks and ensure smooth operations. 

Oversee shipment coordination, including bookings, customs clearance, and delivery execution to meet customer requirements. 

Drive supplier capability through training and innovative solutions to improve OTIF, efficiency, and overall supply chain performance. 

Support strategic initiatives and ad hoc tasks as required

10+ years’ experience in the Garment Industry with strong manufacturing and Production knowledge  

Ability to motivate a team and drive changes to meet strategic targets  

Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, pre-production and ability to conduct factory production assessments 

IT skills with sound experience in Excel and report creation, PLM experience is a merit 

Strong English language skills, both written and spoken
