Are you ready to drive sales and manage operations in a multifaceted role with GANT? We’re looking for a Sales Associate to join our Wholesale team in Copenhagen. In this hybrid role, you will support sales efforts while handling critical back-office operations. You’ll report directly to the Wholesale Director Nordics based in Stockholm and play a crucial role in the growth and success of our brand.
About the Role
As our Sales Associate, you will manage sales for your assigned wholesale accounts and contribute to the development of our wholesale model. You’ll handle account and channel planning, collaborating with local and global teams to drive profitable growth while upholding the GANT brand’s esteemed image.
Sales Responsibilities
Serve as the go-to contact for assigned accounts or categories, handling all sales-related topics.
Implement seasonal Go-to-Market (GTM) plans, focusing on both sell-in and in-season reorder business.
Perform bi-weekly customer visits and seek out new brand-right accounts to grow market share.
Operations Responsibilities
Ownership and day to day office operational responsibility.
Manage the wholesale order book and work closely with the Customer Service, Sales, and Operations teams.
Handle trade investment implementation and ensure alignment with commercial policies.
Oversee system management for Colect, Qlik Sense, and U2 to maintain accurate customer data processing.
Deliver daily customer service, focusing on strategic wholesale accounts.
Collaborate with the Operations Manager in Stockholm on office operations and incident reporting.
Profiel
Experience: 2-3 years in Sales or Account Management, ideally within apparel, fashion, footwear, sports, or FMCG sectors.
Skills: Strong strategic, analytical, and negotiation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Languages: Fluent in both Danish and English, spoken and written. It’s a plus if you understand Swedish.
