We are seeking a motivated and prestigeless intern to join our Sample Logistics team. As an intern, you will play a key role in supporting a wide range of internal and external projects, working closely with multiple teams to ensure the smooth coordination of our sample collections and color projects.
About the team
As a Sample Logistics Intern, you will support our Sample Logistics Coordinator and work closely with your mentor, the Sample Logistics Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Support: Collaborate with the Sample Logistics Coordinator and Specialist to assist on both internal and external projects, ensuring seamless execution with cross-functional teams.
Sample Coordination: Co-lead sample coordination for thrilling in-house projects, working alongside the Brand, Studio, Global Merchandise, PR, and Retail Teams.
Inventory Mastery: Learn and manage the GANT Sample Manager system, assisting with the delivery, tracking, and coordination of sample collections across various projects.
Color Projects: Support the Sample Logistics Specialist with color projects, contributing to the visual impact and creativity of our collections.
Archive Management: Help manage Carry Over Samples and organize our sample archive for easy access and optimal structure.
Process Improvement: Be an active contributor to enhancing internal processes, making them more efficient and effective.

What We Are Looking For:
You are in the final stages of your education and have a scheduled internship period of 4-5 months between August and December 2025.
A positive, communicative, and prestigeless team player who is eager to share ideas and suggestions.
Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
Passionate about the fashion business and eager to gain experience in a global company in different departments.
Fluent in both written and spoken Swedish and English.
Familiarity with Excel, and Microsoft programs is preferred but not required.
