About the role
As an intern, you will be part of the Online Marketing & Loyalty function, supporting both the Loyalty and Email Marketing teams. You will work closely with Global Loyalty Manager, and collaborate with global stakeholders to enhance customer engagement through data-driven initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Loyalty and Email Marketing teams in developing a top-tier Loyalty Program and Newsletter Strategy
Participating in meetings with regional and global teams to align plans for the year
Assisting in setting up member benefits and creating engaging newsletters
Analyzing member data and email marketing performance metrics
Taking part in weekly global meetings to align commercial and marketing strategies related to Membership and Newsletters
Profiel
A student in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field, looking for an internship as part of your studies
Passionate about customer engagement, email marketing, and loyalty programs
Analytical and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
A team player with great communication skills in English
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and comfortable working with data
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
