At Gant Footwear, we're bringing together the strength of a global lifestyle brand with the speed and ambition of a start-up. As we deliver our first in-house season and prepare for our first Fall/Winter sell-in, we're looking for a Commercial Operations Intern eager to learn, contribute, and grow with us.

You will play an important role in supporting our Commercial Operations team and helping our B2B customers, including major international accounts, receive outstanding service. From order management and deliveries to claims and returns, you'll gain practical experience across the entire commercial process.

Working closely with colleagues in Product, Operations, and IT, you'll gain valuable insight into how a global business prepares for a successful seasonal launch and execute in season operations. 

Responsibilities

• Support operational tasks “Order to cash flow” – commercial operations (Order, Delivery, Invoice) - primary focus on B2B portal (replan)  

• Customer operations email support  

• Customer data creation in SAP  

• Support in key account management  

• Book and facilitate meetings with commercial partners  

• Prepare presentation materials and meeting agendas  

• Contribute fresh ideas and suggestions to help improve internal processes and ways of working.

• Studying economics, business management, finance, marketing  
• Strong organizational and communication skills  
• Proactive approach to learning and to new tasks  
• Attention to detail 
• Tech savy and enjoy data 
• Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus (especially German) 
• Solid powerpoint and excel skills
