Are you a strategic commercial talent with a passion for building strong, long-term partnerships? We are now looking for a Head of Key Account to take full ownership of one of our wholesale regions, territories, or key customer portfolios in Sweden. This position plays a central role in driving GANT’s wholesale strategy — without personnel management — and instead focuses entirely on commercial performance, strategic planning, and key account development.
The role is based in Stockholm and reports to the Wholesale Director Nordics.
As Head of Key Account, you will play a crucial role in executing GANT’s wholesale strategy, building long-term account relationships, and securing sustainable and profitable growth — always with the brand at the center of your decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align assortment planning, commercial initiatives, and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Own the commercial and strategic agenda for your assigned market or key accounts.
Drive sustainable and profitable growth and market share growth while protecting and elevating the GANT brand.
Lead and execute seasonal and long-term assortment planning for key accounts.
Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key accounts.
Manage all key account negotiations, including seasonal buy-ins and long-range budget planning (LRP).
Take full 360° ownership of your account portfolio: planning, meetings, budgets, sell-in, sell-out, marketing plans, relationships, and KPIs.
Hold financial P&L responsibility for your key accounts.
Ensure all decisions align with the principle of “brand right before business right” and with GANT’s global strategy.

You are a self-driven and solution-oriented commercial professional who thrives in a role with high ownership but without personnel responsibility. You are confident in making decisions, skilled at prioritizing, and strong at building internal and external relationships.
You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and have a deep interest in numbers, analysis, fashion, and long-term partnership development.
5+ years of experience in Sales, preferably within apparel, fashion, footwear, sports, or FMCG.
Strong strategic, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Fluent in the local language; basic English skills (spoken and written).
