As IT Project Manager you will drive IT initiatives from inception to completion in a global organization. You will be responsible for leading complex IT projects while also contributing to portfolio management, resource planning, and ways of working within the IT PMO. The role requires strong leadership, technical understanding, and excellent communication skills to ensure successful delivery and alignment with business objectives. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget 

• Define project scope, plans, timelines, resources, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders 

• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams and ensure effective collaboration 

• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change to ensure project success 

• Maintain project documentation, reporting, and communication towards stakeholders and leadership 

• Manage and maintain an overview of the IT project portfolio and resource demand 

• Establish and improve project management standards, tools, and best practices 

• Conduct post-project evaluations and drive continuous improvement 

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager in complex IT environments 

• Proven experience in project portfolio management and resource planning 

• Strong understanding of IT system landscapes, applications, and solution implementations 

• Experience with ERP systems and development projects is meritorious 

• Experience from the retail industry is an advantage 

• Knowledge of risk, quality, and change management processes 

• Experience from retail or other consumer-facing industries is preferred 

• Familiarity with the PPS project methodology is an advantage
