Uppdrag
As Junior Designer on womenswear, you will support the development of our Heavy wovens categories & jersey assortment. You will work across the full design process, from sketch to SMS delivery.
This is a temporary contract of approximately 15 months, based in Stockholm. In this role you will report into the Head of Design Womenswear and works closely together with a Category Designer and Product Developer.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Category Designer to create products in line with Gant’s creative vision
- Assist in selecting and approving materials, trims, prints, fabrics, and colors to support the seasonal concept
- Conduct trend and market research to keep up to date on competitors
- Maintain updated artworks, sourcing documents, and PLM articles, keeping color information structured
- Work proactively along the Critical Path, aligning timelines
Profil
- Approximately 2 years of experience in a similar design role
- High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel
- A structured and proactive way of working across multiple processes
- A strong aesthetic sense and an understanding of commercial design
- A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills in English
