As a Performance Marketing Specialist (Interim), you will be part of the Online Marketing Team and play a key role in bringing the global media strategy to life across all paid performance marketing channels for Gant, including SEM (Google Ads), affiliate marketing, and SEO. The role covers both always-on and campaign-based activities, including planning, setup, optimisation, reporting, and budget ownership. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive performance against key media objectives such as COS, conversion, new customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
You will join a team of two Online Marketing Specialists and report to the Online Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will develop and execute omnichannel performance marketing strategies in close collaboration with the Online Marketing team within the DTC department, ensuring alignment with core KPIs. You will monitor and optimise performance using full-funnel measurement and attribution models, take ownership of targets and budgets, and deliver clear, data-driven reporting to stakeholders at HQ and across regional teams. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting frameworks, agency collaboration, marketing technology, and creative optimisation to unlock new growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute omnichannel performance marketing strategies and activation plans together with the Online Marketing team
Analyse and optimise performance using DDA models and full-funnel measurement platforms (e.g. Fospha), ensuring high data accuracy
Own budget management, target setting, and performance reporting across channels and regions
Lead collaboration with an external media agency responsible for day-to-day campaign execution and optimisation
Own and oversee affiliate marketing programs, including commission models, publisher approvals, and monthly reconciliation
Support and optimise Zalando Marketplace campaigns, including setup, budgeting, and reporting
Identify and implement marketing technology solutions to improve performance marketing execution and measurement
Profil
To succeed and thrive in this role, we believe that you have;
5+ years of hands-on experience in operational performance marketing with daily campaign optimisation and budget ownership
Proven experience managing PPC across Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Ads
Strong experience within Google’s marketing technology ecosystem (Google Ads, DV360, GTM, GA)
Solid background in web analytics, performance measurement, and attribution
Experience working with affiliate management platforms such as Impact Radius or similar
Good understanding of SEO fundamentals and best practices
Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership and working independently
