Uppdrag
As an integral part of the Global Operations Sourcing Team, you will oversee the management of our designated trim supplier network, developing and implementing sourcing strategies for suppliers on a global scale, ensuring the allocation of products to the most suitable partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage trims sourcing strategy and trims supplier base for all nominated trims, building effective and strategic supplier partnerships
- Manage trim supplier as well as ensure effective new supplier sourcing to work with trim supplier base with multiple production locations that are socially compliant, sustainably strong, product excellence with right price, technologically advanced production factories & standardized premium quality processes
- Define Right value of product by FOB Analysis. Constant cross costings across suppliers to ensure best trim prices
- Manage financial claim settlements with suppliers for any quality and production penalties
- Manage a small team of one Trims & Packaging Merch
Profil
- Extensive experience and knowledge of apparel industry including management, merchandising and manufacturing
- Experience of strategic vendor management of Asian and European suppliers as well as experience of dealing and negotiating with suppliers
- Knowledge about sourcing of apparel is preferable in both Asia and Europe
- Ability to balance sourcing requirements with technical & commercial needs of the business
- Strong leadership profile and interest coach people as well as the business
- Collaborative skills with a firm but humble manner
- Solid English language skills, both written and spoken
