About the Team
As part of the Global Logistics Team, you will play an important role in supporting the daily operations of sample logistics across the organization. Working closely with experienced colleagues, you will gain valuable insight into how product samples are managed and coordinated throughout the business. Your primary mentor will be the Global Sample Logistics Specialist, who will guide you in developing your knowledge and understanding of global logistics processes.

- You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple tasks at the same time.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is an advantage but not a requirement.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Profil
Support the Global Sample Logistics Specialist with daily tasks and ongoing projects.
Coordinate sample requests and deliveries in collaboration with teams across Brand, Studio, Global Merchandising, PR, and Retail.
Assist in managing samples in the Gant Sample Manager system, including tracking, deliveries, and inventory updates.
Help organize and maintain the sample archive, ensuring collections are stored efficiently and easy to access.
Support the handling of incoming samples, including receiving, unpacking, and inventory management.
Contribute ideas and improvements to help optimize internal processes and ways of working.
