Step into a global logistics role where your expertise truly makes an impact. As our Inbound Logistics Coordinator, you’ll take ownership of ensuring smooth and reliable inbound flows across our international network.  

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Inbound Logistics Coordinator to join our Global Inbound & Outbound Logistics team on a 12–14 month maternity cover contract based in Stockholm. In this role, you will play a key part in securing smooth, reliable inbound transport flows to our central distribution centre. 

We are looking for someone who is quick to learn, confident working across multiple systems, and equipped with a solid understanding of logistics—ideally gained through at least two years of relevant experience. 

Key Responsibilities  

• Monitor inbound and special activation deliveries to ensure ontime, complete performance 

• Coordinate daily with suppliers, freight forwarders and the central distribution centre (CDC) 

• Provide delivery instructions, forecasts, ASNs and required shipping documentation 

• Manage logistical claims, freight invoices and support customs processes (COO, taric codes, broker coordination) 

• Prepare for and participate in quarterly business reviews with freight forwarders and the CDC 

• Onboard new suppliers, maintain process documentation and ensure accurate master data 

• Act as logistics owner for suppliers in Asia and EMEA, driving performance and operational excellence 

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Administration, Management or equivalent experience 

• Minimum 2 years’ logistics experience (fashion background beneficial not a must) 

• Strong computer literacy; comfortable handling multiple systems and platforms 

• Strong analytical and planning abilities; confident working with complex data 

• Organized, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities 

• Serviceminded, solutionsoriented and effective in crossfunctional collaboration
