Aufgabe
This role is key in supporting the GANT Spain side of the business and building strong relationships and professional credibility across the business together with the People Business Partner.
Payroll:
- Support PBP with monthly processes (Payroll & Admin tasks)
- Work closely with different stakeholder
- Support preparation of monthly local payroll data
People Admin:
- Ensure accurate documentation of employee files, and any other payroll and HR records Issuing the confirmations of the employment (Employer certificate)
- Assist with the production of ad hoc reports using Excel and HRIS
- Support with benefits administration & processes
- Day-to-day general duties include providing general administrative support to the People Business Partners
- Support projects related to time & attendance
- Work closely with local & global team on implementation of new HRIS system
T&A
- Support P&C team on T&A processes and data update
- Manage T&A tool and follow up on different processes
- Work closely with external providers
Profil
We are looking for open minded, motivated & energized professional who is looking for new experience. You are the person that we are looking for if you meet few requirements:
- English level B2
- Experience in HR area (is a plus)
- Convenio needs to be signed during internship program
- Education - Degree related with HR (Law, Psychology, HR, Business Administration)
